Making lifestyle changes can significantly lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Our 6-month coaching program offers the support you need, along with nutrition education and a personalized plan, all paired with a 6-month maintenance plan to ensure lasting success.

Making lifestyle changes is an ongoing process. Staying in the program for the full year is essential to help you stick to new habits and avoid slipping back into old habits. And if you have not reached your goals in the first half of the program, your lifestyle coach and other group members can help you succeed.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
During the first half of the program, you will learn to:
In the second half of the program, you will enhance the skills you’ve learned so you can maintain the changes you’ve made. These sessions will review key ideas such as tracking your food and physical activity, setting goals, staying motivated, and overcoming barriers. The lifestyle coach and small group will continue to support you.
Why should you care about pre-diabetes? The sooner you know you have pre-diabetes, the sooner you can take action to reverse it and prevent type 2 diabetes.
Stress is stressing. It plays a role in your overall health. How you feel, what you eat, and how much you do. When stress is controlled, healthy happens and weight loss follows.
We don't diet here, We help you meal plan according to where you are right now. Learn our approach to building healthier eating habits.
There is no one size fits all exercise plan. The key is to move and keep moving. And of course, have fun doing it. Defining your personal workout plan makes the move more journey motivating.
